• We proposed a total insulation electrostatic system, recommended for two-component products when small paint storage and feed areas are close to the cab.
• The plant installed uses a programmable 3-axis Cartesian robot, for which a dedicated plc can change painting parameters, such as robot run, paint cycle length and delivery rate, atomisation pressure and fan width according to part features
• Programmes can be selected with a touch screen terminal at the part loading area.

Paint Supply Centre
• All painting products, such as primers and catalysts are stored in special 200 litre stainless steel containers. The stainless steel mixer unit is provided with an automatic colour change collector.
• All metal components in contact with the water base product, such as tanks and pumps, are under tension during electrostatic application and are located on an isolated base provided for this purpose.
• This base and the plant components are located inside an enclosed area protected with metal net walls.
• The access door is provided with an intrusion control safety micro switch.
• The plant stops automatically whenever an operator enters the protected area, electrostatic power is cut off and residua tension is dissipated via a grounding connection to ensure operator safety
