Recovery of reject atomised material from linear carriage during die load was with a centralised input system. About 70 grams were rejected per passage, and with 15 passages a minute, average hourly reject per press was some 63 kilos. Multiplied by an average of 15 working hours a day, this meant an average daily reject equivalent to 945 kilos. Again multiplied by 250 working days a year, this meant an average yearly reject equivalent to 236,250 kilos. At an average cost of €0,10 per kilo of atomized material, average yearly savings per press amounted to 236.250 x 0,10 = €23,625.00

The automatic WRAP-02 system has meant total and constant in-production atomised material recovery in lieu of previous rejects. In particular, this translated into average yearly savings equivalent to some €23,625 per press and an improved automated working environment.
