Lubrication and topup were as follows:
• The operator had to collect the product at a storeroom, where pickup was manual
• The operator then had to lubricate manually with the material collected.
• Product quantity could be wrong as no delivery was ever checked

GL Finishing produced a centralised lubrication plant complete with compressed air pickup pumps in a delivery room via fixed piping. Various products now feed 64 different lubrication collection stations.

The Customer is perfectly satisfied with the plants and its results, namely:
• 30% less time required for lubrication and top/up.
• Proper product amounts delivered as specified by vehicle maintenance handbooks with product savings thanks to programmable counters
• Completely clean line, with no open cans along the line.
