CUSTOMER OBJECTIVES
• Constrain hood solvent emissions to 50 milligrams per cubic metre legal limits
• Have as clean as possible a spraying area.
• Eliminate sprayed part solvent emission from the department, during passivation
• Improve department look to visitors, it being the last completely manual still active.

 Advantages
• The plant consists of two suction boxes with three manual positions each. Cabs are provided with a motor driven winder filtering carpet and filtre-clogging indicator.
• When the filtre is close to the critical clogging zone, it is automatically replaced with a new one, to prevent affecting solvent capturing efficiency.
• The passivation cabinet located behind the operator and complete with forced air exchange contains parts already sprayed for an average 10’. Most solvents are processed during this step and the cab thus features excellent safety.
• The cab centre contains the paint box with pressure feeding the six application guns. This area too is provided with forced air exchange.
